Jalapeño Jelly

Directions:

Put peppers, chiles and green peppers in blender and puree. Mix these ingredients with sugar and vinegar, bring to a boil. Cook this mixture for approximately 30 minutes or until it begins to thicken. Skim any foam from top. Remove from heat, add bottle of Certo and small amount of food coloring and stir. Put in jelly jars and seal with paraffin.

Makes: Approximately 6 - 5 oz jars
