Heat oven to 350. Microwave spinach according to package directions; squeeze dry. Meanwhile, melt butter or margarine in a large on stick skillet on medium. Add scallions and cook 3 minutes or until softened. Add cooked spinach, artichokes, sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese - mix well. Sppon into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
Serves 8 or so as side dish.
