Poached Endive
Ingredients:

4 endive
-
2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/3 cup water

3 tablespoon olive oil

3 tablespoon red wine vinegar

2 tablespoon soy sauce

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup oil-cured olives, chopped
Directions:
Trim ends of endive and halve.
Place into pan. Add all remaining
ingredients and bring to boil. Let
boil for 10 minutes. Remove endive to
serving platter and pour remaining
liquid over endive.
