Grilled Chicken Olivada Sandwich

Olivada: Combine Olivada ingredients in food processor and chop until the consistency of paste.

Heat pan or barbecue. Combine oil, jalapeno, garlic, pepper and 1/8 teaspoon salt in microwaveproof cup. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Brush half of the oil mixture on the cut side of the rolls. Brush remaining oil on chicken; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Grill chicken 4 - 5 minutes per side until cooked through. Grill rolls until lightly toasted.

Arrange lettuce on rolls; top with chicken. Spread Olivada over chicken and serve.
