Instructions

Sift together sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and soda. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add oil and blend well. Beat in 1 1/2 cups of flour mixture, the blend in carrots. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased and floured pan at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

Icing

Cream the butter and cheese together. Add rest of ingredients and beat well. Add milk by drops until desired consistency.
