Cinnamon Coffee Bars

Cream together thoroughly the margarine, sugar and egg. Stir in the coffee. Sift together and stir in flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Blend in the raisins and nuts. Spread in a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until pick inserted inthe center comes out clean. Let cool about 5 minutes and cut into squares.

Makes 2 dozen 1 1/2 x 3 inch bars.

Glaze:

Blend together confectioners' sugar, vanilla and milk (enough milk to make the glaze easy to drizzle over bars).
