Mix crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter. Press over bottom and 1/2" up sides of 9" cheesecake pan with removable rim. Bake in 350 oven until lightly browned, approximately 10 mins. Beat cheese, sour cream, eggs, remaining sugar, peel, juice and flour until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake in 350° oven until center jiggles only slightly when pan is are gently shaken, approximately 35-45 minutes. Cool, spread with topping. Cover and chill until, at least 4 hours. Top with lime slices.
