Snicker Doodles (Via the Amish cooking lady)

Ingredients

Directions

Cream margarine and sugar with beater.

Add 2 eggs and beat well.

Mix flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt and gradually add to margarine mixture, beating after each addition.

Refrigerate until stiff (a few hours minimum)

Break off small amount, roll into balls

Roll balls in mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 4 teaspoon cinnamon

Bake in 400° oven 6-8 minutes
