Beef ala Ringness Beer

Ingredients

• 2 pounds ground beef
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 egg whites
• 1/4 cup chopped pickled beets
• 1/4 cup chopped pickles
• Capers - amount is your discretion
• 1 bottle of ringness beer or quality beer of your choice

Directions

Mix onion, egg white, beets, pickles and capers into beef.

Mix 1/2 cup of beer into beef mixture.

Shape into patties and pan fry in remainder of beer.

Allow beer in pan to cook down. Thicken and serve patties with beer sauce poured over them.

Makes: 6 - 8 patties
