Chicken & Shitake Mushrooms
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boned and slices

2 extra lean pork sausages, sliced

Shitake mushrooms, stems removed and halved or several large regular mushrooms

Ginger, julienned

2 green onions, julienned

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 cup corn starch
-
1/4 cup dry sherry or any white wine

1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
Mix first five ingredients together.
Add remainder of ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Steam or wok the entire mixture until cooked.
