Chicken Chili Stew
Ingredients

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 red onion, chopped

1 - 7 ounce can chopped green chiles

1 - 14 1/2 ounce can pinto beans, drained

2 - 14 1/2 ounce cans ready cut tomatoes

1/2 to 3/4 cup salsa

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin
-
Salt and Pepper to taste

Garnish:

Shredded cheese
-
Sour cream
-
Cilantro
-
Chopped green onion
-
Chopped olives
Directions
In a large pan, saute chicken pieces until cooked through.
Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for twenty minutes. Serve with garnish.
