Chile Relleno Casserole

Wash chiles and split, place on towel to dry off. Layer 1/2 chiles on bottom of 9x13 casserole pan. Then 1/2 cheese. Repeat. In a blender mix flour, milk, eggs and a dash of salt. Mix well and pour over chile cheese mixture. Pour tomato sauce of salsa over top of it, salt and pepper to taste and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
