Rub steak on both sides with mixture of garlic, pepper and salt. Place asparagus in shallow dish and drizzle with oil.
For sauce, in medium skillet stir together broth and wine. Cook over high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 1/4 cup. Whisk in mustard; keep warm.
Grill steaks. Add asparagus to covered grill for the last few minutes of grilling. Cook asparagus until just crisp-tender.
Spoon sauce on serving plate. Cut steak in half crosswise and top with asparagus.
