Hanoi Beef & Noodle Soup

1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, sesame seed oil, sherry and corn starch. Set aside.

2. Cook chicken broth to a boil. Add lemon grass, lime juice, and green onion to broth.

3. Place cooked thick wheat flour noodles in serving bowl. Place slices beef on noodles. Pour boiling soup stock over meat and noodles (beef must be sliced thin enough so that it cooks only due to the heat of the broth)

4. Garnish with slice green chile, green onion and bean sprouts.
