Louise’s Wild Rice Casserole
Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey or beef

1 cup wild rice, cooked according to instructions

6 ounces fresh, sliced mushrooms

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can bamboo shoots

1 can sliced water chestnuts

1 small onion, chopped

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup chopped celery
Directions
Saute onion and celery. Add meat and brown. Add remaining
ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake in a large covered
casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350°.
