Peachy Smoked Pork Loin

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Marinate 2 pound pork loin, refrigerated, over night, in 1/2 of the mixture. Refrigerate remaining marinade. Grill pork 60 minutes (155° internal temperature), using indirect method. Smoke with hickory chips. Baste often with reserved 1/2 marinade. Slice to serve. Serves 6-8.
