Score roast 1/2 inch deep making sure not to cut strings. Mix all ingredients well. Spoon or brush 2/3 of mixture over roast. Place in oven on roasting rack at 325° for 1 hour. Brush with rest of mixture and return to oven for another 30 mins or until meat thermometer reads 160°.
