Spaghetti Pie

Crust: Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir in 2 tbs butter, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and two well-beaten eggs into the drained spaghetti. Spoon mixture into a 9-inch pie plate, pressing to form crust. Spread 1 cup cottage or ricotta cheese evenly over crust. Set aside.

Filling: Brown meat in a large skillet; drain fat. Stir in onion, garlic, green pepper, tomatoes with their liquid, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and salt. Pour over cottage cheese in crust.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 3 or 4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
