Turkey w/ Corn-Basil Sauce

1) Salt and pepper each turkley breast. Dredge in flour. Cook slowly in oil and butter until golden brown. Place on serving dish.

2) Saute shallots in olive oil. Add vinegar, tomatoes and corn. Cook on high heat for one to two minutes. Add chicken broth. Reduce entire mixture on high heat. Add cream and mustard. Mix thoroughly. Mix in basil, pour over turkey and serve immediately.
