Turkey Patties w/ Dill-Cucumber Sauce
Ingredients

Turkey Patties:

1 pound ground turkey

1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs

1/3 cup chopped green onion

1 egg
-
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Cucumber Sauce:
-
1 cup sour cream
-
1/2 cup mayonnaise
-
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
-
1 tablespoon dill weed
-
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
In medium bowl, mix all the turkey pattie ingredients. Shape into 4 or 6 patties, 3/4" thick.
In a 10" skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium high heat. Place the patties in
oil. Cook for 5 to 6 mins per side or until browned.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl stir together all the sauce
ingredients. Serve sauce over patties.
