Chinese Chicken Salad
Ingredients

5 chicken breasts

1 head lettuce

2 oz rice sticks

1 bundle green onion

1 package sliced almonds

Dressing:
-
1 teaspoon soy sauce
-
2 teaspoons salt
-
4 tablespoons sugar

3 teaspoons Accent (MSG)

1/4 teaspoon pepper
-
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
-
1/4 cup sesame oil
-
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Directions
Cut chicken into small pieces, boil or fry and cool.
Slice lettuce very thinly.
Deep fry the rice sticks. (It only takes a few seconds)
Chop green onion.
Roast almonds and cool.
I usually make twice the dressing. Put together at last
minute so everything doesn't get soggy.
