Valery’s Lemony Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup olive oil
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Freshly ground pepper to taste
• 1-2 cloves of garlic - crushed
• 1 tablespoon fresh OR 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
