Honey/Soy Pork Roast Marinade

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon dry mustard
• 1 tablespoon ground ginger
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 cup soy sauce

Directions

Mix well. Use as marinade for roasted pork loin.
