Combine everything in food processor except the oil. Puree the mix while slowly drizzling in the peanut oil (approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons) until entire mixture attains a pasty consistency.
Be sure to prepare all ingredients as directed in the ingredient section (i.e., don't throw whole veggies into the food processor) or the sauce will come out stringy.
Marinate meat, preferable overnight and grill.
