Ingredients

• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 3 tbs olive oil
• 3 tbs brown sugar
• 2 tbs minced red onion
• 2 tbs red wine vinegar
• 2 tbs Dijon mustard
• 1 tbs minced garlic
• 1 tbs Worcestshire sauce
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp ground ginger
