Watermelon-Jicama Pico de Gallo
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups watermelon, seeded and diced

3/4 cup jicama, peeled and diced

2 teaspoons grated orange peel

1 large (about 1 pound) orange, cut off peel and
white pith,cut between membranes to remove
segments, then dice

1 fresh jalapeno, stemmed, seeded and minced

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro

Directions
Serve or let stand covered up to 2 hours.
Serve on carnitas nachos or anything else that sounds good.
